The only thing better then breathing by yourself is breathing with people - the energy and emotion in the room is inspiring, reassuring and often is a step in the direction of a more conscious community.

GROUP WORKSHOPS

Whether it be a group of friends, a work team or a sporting club, breathing workshops amplify connection and understanding, giving everybody the tools to help themselves and those around them.

self-discovery

Self-discovery is recognising your internal experience and experimenting through simple, graceful movement and/or breath. Once you begin this you will be putting time and love back into yourself, and the natural response is change.

The body is an amazing gift that comes with many qualities. One of those qualities is its ability to heal itself, but where does it draw the line ?

Our nervous system is constantly trying to heal itself, and by resetting the connection and understanding we have with our own nervous system we can begin to work with it, rather than against it. By connecting to our breath, we learn to understand the importance of it.
